To enquire about room availability please use the booking form on our website. This can be found here.
Send your request and within 24 hours you will receive an email with room availability, terms of stay, prices and payment methods. We answer all queries, even if there are no rooms available.
To make a booking simply reply with an email to our availability message.
The room is confirmed only when you receive an email confirming the booking with details of your stay at the B&B and prices.
On the day of arrival, check-in is from 14:00. When you leave, check-out is at 11
On arrival each guest must show a valid identity document for legal purposes. Otherwise the document cannot be accepted.
We reserve the right to replace the room assigned to the guest with another of equal or higher value, without prior notice or any increase in price.
Prices are displayed per room and per night. Tourist tax is not included: €1.5 per person per day will be added to the final price.
The price of the stay is communicated in the booking acceptance email.
We ask for your credit card details as a guarantee along with the booking confirmation. The amount
will be deducted from your bank card when you check in.
Any cancellation or change in the length of stay of an already confirmed booking must be communicated by email: info@acasadisabina.it
You can cancel or change the length of your stay, without any extra charge, up to 24 hours before your arrival date at the B&B.
For cancellations communicated less than seven days before your arrival date or in the case of a no show, there is a penalty charge equal to the cost of the first night.
Any changes to your stay do not incur any additional costs up to 24 hours before your arrival date.
At the moment we do not serve breakfast
For hygienic reasons and because other customers may suffer from allergies, pets are not allowed
All rooms are hypoallergenic
Smoking is not allowed in rooms or in common areas (corridor, stairs, hall). This is a fire prevention rule, arising from the need to protect those who do not smoke and will stay at the B&B after you.
